Role Overview

As our Shop Helper / Shipping Clerk, you'll help ensure our warehouse and shipping operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Picking, packing, and shipping customer orders accurately and on time

  • Receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming inventory

  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work area

  • Assisting with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and general shop support as needed

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or stockroom experience preferred

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the workday

  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude

  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn shipping software

Preferred:

  • Experience with UPS, FedEx, or USPS shipping systems

  • Forklift certification or warehouse equipment experience

  • Knowledge of motorcycles, especially Harley-Davidson® and V-Twin parts

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
